It's funny that I wrote THIS email about being present and I sent the wrong email out! Talk about a lesson for myself! :) Sorry for the duplicate email! 

No goals is great - but I abandoned that message for THIS ONE. 

As I reflect on 2024, I can’t help but feel a mix of gratitude and awe. This year has taught me so much ... about myself, about the people I surround myself with, and about what really matters.

Life is messy, unpredictable, and full of surprises ... we can all agree on that, right?

I’ve been lifted by wonderful humans, knocked around by challenges, and healed in ways I didn’t expect. Every single moment has led me here, so, here's to THAT. And THAT is the biggest win! 

In 2024, The Wellness Intelligence Collective (TWIC) grew in ways I couldn’t have imagined. We connected, questioned everything, and practiced real wellness ... not the shiny kind that’s marketed to you, but the kind you can actually feel. It’s been fun, imperfect, and successful. We are winning together. 

My vision for 2025 is simple ... but bold. I’m showing up even more ... with no filters, no fluff. I am going to create more spaces for real conversations and meaningful connections. I want to continue to turn the hard lessons I’ve learned into something we can all grow from. And I want to keep amplifying the people, ideas, and businesses that are doing the "better" things, not just saying them.

For 2025, I’m guided by three words: CLEAN, PROCESS, and FREE. They’re not resolutions; they’re guides and reminders ... to clear what no longer serves me, to trust the process even when it’s hard, and to embrace freedom in all its forms. If you’ve been feeling stuck in the same old cycle, maybe choosing a few guiding words instead of resolutions could help. Here’s how I do it.
