We don’t shut down. We get more intentional. Not with more to-do lists or forcing ourselves into “good vibes
only” mode, but with small, conscious choices that make us feel human. We move. We breathe. We connect with good people. We question what’s being sold to us. We give ourselves permission to rest, to learn, and to change our minds.
We "stack our Snacks", meet Good Humans, and make sure the products we use and the choices we make actually support the kind of life (and world) we want.
If we’re going to keep going, we might as well do it with more energy, clarity, and integrity, right?
