Two words that have no place in wellness: always and never.
It's amazing to me how much controversy there is over what the "best" path is for healing or wellness ... how many programs, courses, and coaches claim that their way is the best way.
For who? Them or you?
If you are always doing something without being curious about "other ways" or believe that you should never do a thing, use a certain tool, or listen to someone, you might be limiting yourself.
Over my decades of work with clients, I notice the desire for absolutes ,..
the "always" and the "nevers" ... working to ensure and achieve a quick, positive, and guaranteed outcome. Understandable. And ... what about adding attention to all of the possible choices on the journey? There is magic there. For you. For each of us.
There is no one-size-fits-all blueprint for us all.
There are many choices, options, and possibilities.
What works for you and your body, lifestyle, and nervous system today may overwhelm, not feel right, and not produce results for someone else - or for you at another time. It's time we honour our differences in wellness ... in everything. And
celebrate them!
I have made it my job to offer you guidance. To connect you to other good humans. To introduce you to great tools and practices and help you "stack" them into your day - even if you have "no time". I share wisdom I have gleaned over the years from my own "fuck-ups" (aka massive lessons) and
successes.
It's YOUR job to try them, and decide if they are for you or not.
Don't judge before being curious. You might be bypassing something or someone that can really help you - in the way YOU want help.
You cannot know what you don't yet know about, right?
It's all good information for you to have ... there is just no "always" or "never".
In this spirit, I invite/urge you to skim over a little of
what I shared in The Wellness Intelligence Collective (TWIC) in June. You might find something (or some things) that are life changing.
