We all want to be heard. It's likely what we spend time doing every day ... trying to be heard (in business meetings and dealings, in parenting, on social media, and in all of life's conversations). When we are heard, it can be empowering ... it can make us feel valued and be validating. Validation means that we matter among our people (family, friends, colleagues). It all comes down to us feeling good ... isn't
that what it's all about?! One of the greatest gifts you can give someone is saying, “I hear you.” And really meaning it. We want others to "get us" ... we want our struggles to be understood, our stresses to be noticed, our successes to be celebrated, our "side" to be seen, our
sadness to be validated, and our work to be visible. We want others to click links, listen, support, participate, watch ,and hear our "arguments" even if they aren't aligned. I show up every day to try and tell my story and to help others tell theirs. I'm here to connect good people doing good things with other good people. I share without expectation but with observation. If you would like to be interviewed or have something to share, I'm here to listen, to hear you, and to help share it in a meaningful way with others. And ... a HUGE thank you to the following people who have made me feel "extra" heard over the past few weeks. I hope the links offer you something ... new ideas, new platforms, new habits, new
decisions.
